Southampton:- Office Cleaning Company needed

We move into our new office in 8 weeks time, we then require an office cleaning company to clean our offices.
No viewing due to office beeing unsafe so approx prices at present.
The office is on the second floor (3,450 SQ FT).
Hoovering, polish desks (35) etc.
Ladies loo, 2 toilets, 1 sink, mens 1 toilet 1 urinal 1 sink.
Disabled toilet with one sink.
Kitchen area, fridge, dishwasher, mirowave etc.
Directors office 1, managers office 1 with 4 desks, meeting room, small staff room, stairs with carpet and small reception area.
Twice a week to start with please, not sure if this is a two hour per visit or three please advise as we have never had an office before.

We obtain copies of accreditation that our cleaners profess to have to ensure that everything is above board.

We regularly randomly call our Clients to obtain feedback about our cleaners to ensure they meet our high Levels of Customer Service. Cleaners Performances are regularly reviewed.
